OpenSER 1.2.0 FreeBSD port updated

Starting the port of Openser 1.2 for FreeBSD

As maintainer of Openser port in FreeBSD, i’m starting the new port for 1.2 version… with some delay from the release date because my holidays. Let’s see how difficult is this new version because there are new files, modules, etc.
